The gua sha routine
1- Regenerating Face Balm
Formulated from a selection of organic oils known for their repairing, nourishing and soothing properties, this balm will restore suppleness and elasticity to all skin types, even the most sensitive. It was created with the help of experts in formulation and facialists (practitioner in the massage of the face) to be used daily and to be combined perfectly with the gua sha.
2- Gua Sha
The gua sha is a deep massage tool made of semi-precious stone. Used in the past in traditional Chinese medicine, it stimulates deep blood circulation and promotes lymphatic drainage, allowing skin cells to regenerate. Its shape is specially designed to follow the lines of the face, to firm and lift the features. The result? The skin is smoother and the complexion more radiant. In this routine, it is up to you to choose your stone. According to lithotherapy, each stone has an affinity with your skin type or your needs at the time, here are our tips for choosing between our different collections:
💚 The Jade Gua Sha : symbol of luck and self-confidence, this stone is for skin in search of purification, detox, and reduction of imperfections.
💖 The Quartz Rose Gua Sha : a symbol of love and inner peace, this stone is recommended for dry and mature skin in search of firmness and radiance.
💜 Gua Sha Amethyst: a symbol of balance and serenity, this stone is for sensitive and reactive skin, seeking comfort, soothing, balance.
3- The kit
After performing your facial massage with the balm and gua sha, you can store them in the cotton case. Made from OEKO-TEX certified fibers, you can take your routine anywhere!
Gua Sha: 100% natural gemstones, not reconstituted, without dyes, plastics or harmful substances. Due to the natural character of the material, there may be some variations in color.

Complete list of ingredients for the Regenerating Face Balm
For optimal results, perform this ritual at least 2 to 3 times a week on clean, dry skin. For the balm, apply a thin layer in the morning and/or a semi-thick layer in the evening for optimal skin regeneration.
Before application, make sure your skin is clean and dry
Using the wooden spatula, take a small dab of balm and warm it in your hands.warm it up in your hands
Apply evenly to the entire face and neck
Use your gua sha to deeply penetrate the treatment, following the movements explained in the instructions provided.
During and after the massage, your facial skin may become red. Rest assured, this is completely normal and results from the activation of the blood circulation, so your massage is well done. However, the repeated movements must remain gentle so as not to irritate the skin.

The gua-sha works great (I took the 2, jade and rose quartz) you can feel the effect (tightens the skin, reduces dark circles and wrinkles..). I use it for my face but also against all expectations... To gain flexibility 😂, yes yes, by passing the gua-sha on my legs I noticed that I was more flexible and especially that my aches were almost no longer there.
So we are good at gua-sha even if a certificate that they are real stones would be welcome.
When the case and well I am a little on it because in the end it is thin and therefore does not protect the gua-sha in case of displacement, it would have been nice to put foam to cushion because unfortunately the case does not serve me.
