Once the order is validated, we deliver in all France with Colissimo in 48h working days. For Belgium and Luxembourg the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. By choosing Mondial Relay, your package will be available in 3-5 working days in one of our 8,000 partner Points Relais®.

For other European countries, DOM-TOM and Maghreb you will receive your package between 3-7 working days. We also deliver internationally in 5-10 working days.

After payment, you will receive within 24 hours an email to track your order.

- I made a mistake in my order, what should I do?
In case of problems or input errors in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Packages are generally shipped from our warehouse the same day if the order is placed before 11am (except weekends) otherwise the next business day.

- My package arrived open, is this normal?
Our shipping boxes are sealed with a label. If upon receipt of the package, the label is torn, please do not accept it so that it can be returned to us and we can proceed to send a new package. Please notify customer service at

We have great confidence in the quality of our products! If you are not satisfied with one or more of our products, you have 30 days after your purchase date to get your money back.

- Do you offer extended return periods during the holidays?
For orders placed from November 15 to December 21, you can return your products free of charge up to 45 days after receiving your order, instead of the usual 30 days, by following the classic return procedure.

In case of pre-orders

We often face a high demand for our products. To compensate for this, we set up pre-orders in order to guarantee quality products, while respecting our production chain.

- How does it work?
The principle is simple: you order our products before their production. By pre-ordering, you start the production. This system guarantees that you will receive your products as soon as they are back in stock. Pre-orders imply a little waiting on your side. It is thanks to this that we can respect our production chain and offer you a quality-price ratio impossible otherwise.

- When will my pre-ordered products be shipped?
Your pre-order will be shipped when we have all your products in stock. We will keep you informed at each step of your pre-order: from its manufacturing to its reception.

- Can I combine the purchase of pre-ordered products with other products in stock?
Yes. During your purchase, on the order page, you will have two options:

  • grouped shipment: your entire order will be shipped when all the products in your order are available.
  • Separate shipment: we will first deliver the products in stock and in a second shipment, the products on pre-order as soon as they are available.

- When will I be charged for my pre-order?
A pre-order is considered as a classic purchase with a slightly longer delivery time and will be debited at the time of your purchase. It is a simple and easy way to reserve your product and the guarantee to be among the first to receive the product as soon as it is released.

- My delivery address has changed, what should I do?
