The story
Jade RollerIt's a story of friendship that started 5 years ago between Mei and Thibault. She is Chinese and he is French. Passionate about Asian culture, Thibault discovered an old family object at Mei's house: the jade facial roller. Fascinated by the stone and the multiple benefits of this beauty tool, they decide to create Jade Roller.
Made of noble materials, in accordance with tradition, their tools are rooted in the age-old Asian beauty rituals. Combining performance and tradition, they provide beauty and well-being.

Do I need to use a treatment before using my tools?
We recommend applying your skin care products (serum, cream, oil, etc.) before using your beauty tools. These will help the active ingredients to penetrate and boost their effects.
In order to answer your request concerning your search for care adapted to the massage of the face, we developed with experts in formulation and facialists, a range of natural care, effective and not fatty. We recommend you to use our Plumping Gel Serum and our Regenerating Face Balm which will be rich in active ingredients.

What is the difference between the stones?

According to lithotherapy, each of the stones has an affinity with your skin type or your needs of the moment, here is our advice to make a choice between our different collections:
The Jade Roller / The Jade Gua Sha : skin in search of purification, detox, reduction of imperfections.

What is the difference between jade facial roller and the gua sha?
Our gua sha are used 1 to 3 times a week, in addition to our rollers. They provide a deep massage and have a lifting and sculpting action. It is a more complex technique to master but very effective in firming the oval of the face and releasing muscular tension!
You can link the two if you wish, the main thing is that you enjoy this routine.
What is lymphatic drainage?
Lymphatic drainage consists, through the action of massage, in draining the lymph. Lymph is a transparent fluid that circulates in the body and allows the evacuation of waste and toxins present in the body.
Unlike blood, which circulates thanks to the heart, lymph has none and circulates slowly. Hence the importance of activating and reviving it through massage with the jade facial roller and the gua sha.
In order to stimulate it, the massage must be done daily (or at least 4 times a week depending on your skin's needs). Lymphatic drainage will have many benefits for the skin:

Can I use two different stones?
There is no contraindication to using two different stones. This can be a very good choice to best suit your needs. You can for example mix our Rose Quartz Roller with the Amethyst Gua Sha without any problem.
What are the short and long term effects?
The Jade Roller and Gua Sha have immediate effects: decongestion, penetration of treatments, blood and lymph circulation. And long term effects: unification of the complexion, production of collagen, reduction of wrinkles and fine lines.

My skin gets red after using tools, is this normal?
Maintain your tools
How do I clean my beauty tools and where do I store them?
After each use, a soft microfiber cloth can be used to clean your tools.
For a thorough cleaning, soak the cloth in a bowl of soapy water (water + cleaner) before wiping the tool. You can dry it with another dry cloth or let it air dry.
You can store them wherever you want. However, as they are stone tools, they are fragile. We advise you to store them in a dry place where they won't fall down. To avoid this, we have developed vegan cases to store and protect them. Also, make sure you have dried them well before putting them somewhere.
Should I purify and recharge my beauty tools?
Concerning lithotherapy, at the energetic level, the maintenance must be done according to the sensitivity of each one. There are more or less complex methods. You can use the classical techniques of recharging stones: by light, water, fumigation or geode. Avoid salt which demineralizes the crystals.
How to purify and recharge my beauty tools?
According to lithotherapy, here are some techniques to do during full moons to purify and recharge your massage tools:
Water technique:
- Plunge your tools in a bowl of water for 2/3 hours (avoid coarse salt which demineralizes the crystals)
- Rinse them with clear tap water and then dry them.
Fumigation technique:
- Pass your tools in the smoke from the sage or a Palo Santo stick to purify them.
- When your stones are purified, place them in the light of the moon all night near your window.
- Retrieve them in the morning, then rinse your tools with clean water and don't forget to dry them.
My roller is broken, what can I do?
Our tools being made of fine stone, they remain relatively fragile. They are therefore to be handled with care.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer this repair service for gua sha because they are entirely carved in stone.

What is the jade facial roller ?

What is gua sha?

Is the care certified organic?
All our formulas have been established according to the constraints of the COSMOS Organics referential (our products are therefore certifiable). We have currently undertaken the steps to obtain the label, so it is only a matter of time.

The ingredients used in our products do not contain any endocrine disruptors (estrogens, hormones like, ...).
Do the treatments contain essential oils?
No, we have chosen not to use essential oils in our care products, so that they are suitable for even the most sensitive skin.

Yes, our cosmetics are suitable for pregnant women.
Can I use the care products around my eyes?
Yes, they have been formulated to be applied to the eye area (just under the lower lid and above the upper lid, at the arch)

Yes, we use recognized ingredients and active ingredients that effectively fight against skin aging.
Are the products comedogenic?
We have selected non-comedogenic vegetable oils to have care products adapted to all skin types. In addition, we have excluded animal waxes (such as beeswax) which also tend to clog pores, replacing them with vegetable waxes that will protect the skin from external aggressions while letting it breathe.
Do the products contain perfume?
Yes, for our face care products we have created a fresh and light 100% natural fragrance with notes of Green Tea, Maté and Patchouli. Developed from a subtle blend of plant essences, it contains no allergens or endocrine disruptors (estrogens, hormone like, ...). Incorporated in low concentration, it is suitable for the most sensitive skins!

From the moment you order, you have 30 days to return or exchange your product free of charge. To do so:

2. When returning products, please ensure that they are in their original packaging and condition, new, unused and with the order number.

Extended return times during the holiday season.
There is an error in my order.

My product arrived broken or defective.
